It is basically (all of) the citrus EO's that need an anchor in soaping. The others don't really, although some will do better if you add them after the heat is down. I always add my EO's after trace so that the heat will not be an issue, if you do the same, there are no real worries. And, since lemongrass is not a citrus, just smells similar to one, it helps to anchor, without altering the (lemon) scent too much. But I usually use the litsea too, because it it an inexpensive EO. When using orange EO, if you use the 5x or 10x one, instead of or along with, the regular orange EO, you will get good scent. As for lime, you have to use something to anchor it, but you can often find one that will fit into a nice blend. If not, you can try adding orris root powder or bentonite clay so as not to alter your scent.
