Alright, finally someone picked up my call this morning after a couple tries. The lady sounded ok, not nice nor mean, just business like, you know, emotionless. I told her my problem and without pulling my order record out she immediately told me my package is going out today. Made me wonder how did she know what order I'm talking about? Or this is what she was told to say whenever a customer call to complain
Then I told her my order # and she told me, oh it's because there are items on your list back ordered.
Me: But I optioned it out to delete anything on my shopping list that's back ordered so why didn't you do so?SW: it was our executive decision that too many items on your list were back ordered that we should wait to ship. Me: and you didn't even bother to let me know for 2 weeks?! I called twice before today and emailed twice, no response whatsoever.SW: Sorry, we had so much trouble with our system for awhile already and we've been trying to fix it.me: So you are able to charge all customer payments but not able to email or return their phone calls?! SW: Sorry, our phone system is connected to our server, we cannot access any phone messages, or emails.Me: so what is the problem with my order? Is it your system is broken you trying to fix it? Or there were too many items on my list back ordered?! And why are you having that many items in your store back ordered for this long?! And all of them were on my list?! At least you can put a note on your website to warn your customers about the delay, we all understand, but instead you did nothing, except taking my $ already. SW: I'm sorry, that's all I can say, I don't know what else to tell you. There's nothing I can do other than saying sorry to you.... ok, that is not the customer service I prefer... Maybe I should not expect all vendors to be as good as BB, my bad.
