My shrink wrap really doesn't have an odor to it. Honest. My step Mom is
ultra fragrance sensitive and she doesn't think it does either. If it passes her sniff test, it's good to go.
Here's another source of Kraft soap boxes with many @ 14 cents a piece. They have a great variety of styles.
http://www.tealightboxes.com/category_s/5.htm The 14 cents doesn't include shipping. I keep some of these on hand for birthdays, holidays, special occasions, but even 30 cents (which IIRC is about what it worked out to with shipping added) to the cost of a bar of soap is a big consideration. For me anyway.
That's got to come from somewhere. Right now it's out of my pocket. When selling, it's a cost that would be passed on to the buyer.
I don't want to tack another 30 cents onto the cost of a bar of soap nor do I want to eat the cost.
Since I live in a humid climate, not a dry one like Soapbuddy, I still have to shrink wrap to keep moisture and humidity out, fragrances in, whether I use the boxes or not. Works for me so far.
I go back and forth on different packaging options, recently considered waxed tissue paper, but didn't find patterns that I liked.
So I'm still shrink wrapping.
