I have ordered from them - not a lot - but for years...
My last order, several weeks ago, was substantial. (for me

The next day, I got an email requesting more money for oversize shipping charged due to dimensional weight. So I sent the money via PayPal right away.
Nothing but crickets.... no notice about shipping, tracking number...nothing. A week gores by and I inquire via email. No response.
More emails, phone calls - NEVER a a person answering, so I leave voice mails, Over and over.
No response.
Finally, I tell them via email to all 3 addresses ( sales, CS and tech) that I will open a PayPal dispute if I do not hear from them in 48 hours.
No response. It has been 3 weeks.
So I open a PayPal dispute, PayPal tells me that "non-responsive seller" is a slam dunk for getting your money back.
2 days later at 4:38 AM, I get an email that says my products are "short", and do I want to pro rate or cancel.
The email also has explicit instructions, in red print, to NOT call, that my response must be in writing.
(meanwhile, their website indicates no issues or delays, and their Facebook page has mysteriously disappeared.)
I select "cancel" and tell them I expect an immediate refund. They ignore me, but then PayPal steps in, and I get my money back.
I saw on a couple of other forums, that other people have had almost the exact same experience as I did.
Anybody know what going on with them?
I would have been fine if I had gotten ANY communication - anything at all. If they had said "I am sick, or my dog died" I would have been totally understanding. Things happen. But to hear nothing? For weeks? Not cool.
