I have ordered from them - not a lot - but for years...
My last order, several weeks ago, was substantial. (for me :) )
The next day, I got an email requesting more money for oversize shipping charged due to dimensional weight. So I sent the money via PayPal right away.

Nothing but crickets.... no notice about shipping, tracking number...nothing. A week gores by and I inquire via email. No response.
More emails, phone calls - NEVER a a person answering, so I leave voice mails, Over and over.
No response.

Finally, I tell them via email to all 3 addresses ( sales, CS and tech) that I will open a PayPal dispute if I do not hear from them in 48 hours.
No response. It has been 3 weeks.

So I open a PayPal dispute, PayPal tells me that "non-responsive seller" is a slam dunk for getting your money back.
2 days later at 4:38 AM, I get an email that says my products are "short", and do I want to pro rate or cancel.
The email also has explicit instructions, in red print, to NOT call, that my response must be in writing.

(meanwhile, their website indicates no issues or delays, and their Facebook page has mysteriously disappeared.)

I select "cancel" and tell them I expect an immediate refund. They ignore me, but then PayPal steps in, and I get my money back.

I saw on a couple of other forums, that other people have had almost the exact same experience as I did.

Anybody know what going on with them?

I would have been fine if I had gotten ANY communication - anything at all. If they had said "I am sick, or my dog died" I would have been totally understanding. Things happen. But to hear nothing? For weeks? Not cool.

That sounds extremely fishy! :shock: it's one thing for them to take a day or two to respond but a disappearing Facebook, no calls answered, or emails in weeks? Sounds like trouble. I wouldn't use them knowing this. :?

I have ordered from them for about a year. I don't like some of their shipping policies but it always worked until this past August. On 8/23/13 I ordered two oils from them. I received one oil and the packing slip said that the other one was out of stock. Another note "Sorry about the shortage-temp out". Nothing on the website said that it was out of stock. I expected they would ship when back in stock. Nothing! I emailed them, I called and left messages and never got an answer. I unfortunately went past 45 days on paypal so they would only file it to warn other people. I am out 45.00 but to a small business person like myself it is something that isn't easy to swallow. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and also with the Consumer Protection Division in North Carolina. I did have someone do some investigating of the owners and there are layers of LLC's. I did post several comments on their facebook page about not getting my order. Then the page disappeared. Hard lesson for me to learn. I thought people were honest!

I am not sure how the BBB works when you're dealing with a business that isn't BBB accredited, but if this will let you file a complaint I would do it.

BBB will give a company a negative score in this case. Its what they did for me with a bad electrician (he made our house a fire hazard!).
