Last night about 8:oo, I made goatmilk, oatmeal, and honey soap. YAY. I poured in a tray mold and a couple clam shell molds. I set it uncovered on the counter, then I saw it start to heat up, so I put it in the frig. (it did partial gel) This morning, I took it out of the frig and one of the clamshells looked like it was pulling away from the sides, and I'm VERY impatient, so I popped it out. Soft but ok. I noticed a runny, honey colored water on the bottom of the mold that smelled like amonia, the soap however, smells great. I checked the tray and other molds, without unmolding, and they too have that same liquid on the bottom..........so....... do I 1. Leave them alone and forget it till tonight..the liquid will absorb (?) 2. Unmold so that smelly liquid will be off them
They smell great now in the mold....it's that liquid that stinks
