Teach Soap

Hi, My name is Jennifer. I first learned how to do M&P when I was about 15, and more recently made about 100 soaps for Christmas gifts with my kids. Our soaps were a big hit, and everybody loved them. I really enjoyed making them and so decided that soaping would be an incredibly fun hobby. I'm placing my first BrambleBerry order in a week or so, and I'm so excited. I'm also scrounging the house for materials and tools I can use. I already have my first order(from a friend) and am setting up to do a craft fair in March. I know I'm going to learn a ton from everyone here, I've been browsing for a couple of days, and am so impressed with some of the soaps you all have done My first fun project is going to be making neapolitan soap bars and solid sugar scrubs

Since you are planning on selling your MP soaps, I would read this thread. The CP soap part would not apply to you. viewtopic.php?f=2&t=3800
Depending where you live, you will need a business or a city license and a liabilty insurance.

Thank you Irena I will definitely be looking into a business license, I used to have one since I am a trained florist, but let it lapse since I had my kids and stopped doing flowers for anyone but close friends.
