i hope i'm not wittering on too much, sorry if i am, but suppose i need a bit of a rant as well lol

Another thing that was really winding me up about her was that she became obsessed with screen shotting messages and things to me about what others were saying about me. Like i really gave two hoots about what people have to say about me, especially people who i cant stand.

I don't know what her motive was, but her partner is friends with these people (why she stays with her partner i dont know as she doesn't seem like him but that's a story for another day)

She even went to the trouble to get one of their mobile numbers to try and get me to start an argument with them. Now why would i waste txts and get myself into trouble. She went on to say to other people she only sent me this persons number in case i had to go to the police.

Why would i have to go to the police when i haven't seen or spoken to them in about 4 years???

I really think she has lost the plot as this is not normal behavior. One of the few reasons why i have decided our friendship has ended.

I must be the weird one because I did this and it had no effect. Maybe I did it wrong.

I have two stalkers on FB... I don't let it bother me. If I let it upset me, they live rent free in my head. So instead, I just let them do what ever they feel they must do and just get on with my life. It's only affecting them now, not me.

OMG women can be so filled with drama! Even as old as 60! I had someone I was close in touch with and once I stopped talking to her as much, my life felt so much freer. I continued our fb friendship though, and for some strange reason she unfriended me a few months back. HER loss, not mine, that's for sure.

Anyway, yes fb recently made changes to the messaging system. I remember getting a notification on it recently but of course I can't find those settings. I use a dummy email account so I'll see if the instructions went into there.

FB is kind of like high school IMO.

Read this on message privacy. I didn't even know I had an "other" box till a couple of weeks ago.

I think you could always message anyone. I know in the past I have messaged people before we friended each other. Actually there was one girl that refused to use email so the only way I could talk to her was through fb messaging and we did that for about a year.

lol she wouldn't have got a reply anyway.

I have also just found out she said to one of my friends she sent me a msg.
This is just really silly now. why would my friend care this witch sent me a msg lol.
Funny how this girl 'forgot' to mention she also blocked me on this fake account.

At 35 years old she really needs to look herself in the mirror and grow the hell up lol

I think there is a setting where you can choose that only friends or friends of friends can send you private messages. Under Privacy Short cuts the second box down says "who can contact me" and you can choose between basic filtering or strict filtering. Make sure you have the strict box checked.

If you block her, she won't be able to see or send you anything. (unless of course she makes another fake account).

If you ignore her, she should get bored and go away at some point. One would think.

I wonder what peoples lives are like that they can invest so much energy in so much stupid stuff?! (that was not meant for you but for her)

If she keeps creating dummy accounts to contact you I would be sure to edit, "Who can look up your timeline by name" and select "Friends." Also make sure people can't find you on other search engines.

If all else fails, I would send Facebook an email and ask for advice.
