Yep, like Irena said, healing is making medical claims. Saying that the ingredients in the products "heal" anything is also making an implied medical claim.

You can say that your product moisturizes, creates a moisture barrier, protects from dryness, etc. The thesaurus is very helpful for finding the right wording.
