I am curious if you list fragrance oils as an additive when sending out the forms to health canada, or do you list it as part of your recipe.

What if in some example: bath bombs...I use more fragrance than the next bath bomb. Wouldn't that affect my recipe?

Is is better to add it as an additive such as colorants, then I can play with how much fragrance oil I add.

i don't know about Canada's rules, but here in the US, we list FOs in the ingredients section as "Fragrance".

you may want to check with Health Canada for information on how to list your ingredients.

You list it in the ingredients section as "fragrance" in Canada as well!
