Teach Soap

Hello
I made salt bar for the first time with 80% coconut oil, 20% olive oil, coconut milk and table salt.
After a 3 week cure, the soap is standing in a pool of glycerin.
Now isnt that weird?

I zap tested it, no shocker but I tested it with phenolphthalein and it turned pink. So I cant decide what to do with the bar.

Is this normal for a salt bar?

Is there humidity in your area? That could be why the bars are weeping. How much did you superfat?

My salt bars don't weep, but they don't have any type of milk and are 7% superfat. I used the same amount of salt as I used for the oils.

I researched about it, the weeping is mostly due to the salt content as salt is a humectant.

I am still not sure why the phenolpthalein is turning pink even though there is no zap!

I guess Ill just rebatch it. Any suggestions???

Phenolphthalein is pink at a pH of 8-10, which is what CP should be.
