Okay so I get in the kitchen and make foot balm.... my jars, 24 2 oz are sterilized and ready and I go to my box that I finally get around to opening my WSP box today and there is an item missing...my 2 oz lids. So I look at the invoice and yes I paid for lids that were missing and that were all the wrong lids...48/400 instead of 58/400 to fit the jars. So I call WSP and get this...

They cannot send me 58/400s with me paying any difference of course but I can order 48/400 jars and 58/400 lids for the jars I received AS LONG AS I meet the 30.00 minimum. WTH? I do not want 48/400 jars or lids and why would i order jars for lids that were not shipped?

So a 3.92 paid for unshipped incorrect item now will cost 30.00+ dollars?????

So guess what....I have 24 jars that someone out of the three people pulling, checking and packing my order has no lids whatsoever on an order that ordered three sizes with lids TO Match...and not one of them noticed a problem or a missing item....

So 24 jars will receive a hammer treatment before I order new jars and of lid from WSP to meet their 30.00 minmum ....I will be ordering 2 oz jars and lids from BB.

And 48 ounces of product was just tossed away. Grrrrrrrrrr

That stinks! I'm sure BB will take care of you though.

That is unacceptable! I would tell them to send me out the lids that I ordered immediately! They should also include a postage return box for the incorrect lids that you will send back. Shocking customer service there!!

I have not dealt with WSP before but can't remember people reporting such poor service. Are they a bad bet to deal with? I agree you should demand they make it right but never thought of a chargeback.

Yeah not received is right. Hell I would for shipping on the right lids but to sit here with 24 jars and no lids but be told " oh you have to spend 30.00 more dollars to get your less than 5.00 worth of lids". If they has shipped the wrong ones I would call it my error and order correct lids and maybe even jars for the wrong lids but the stupidity of their solution for a missing item is BS. So the jars are merely in my way now.

It is not about the 30.00 it is about the audacity. I hate poor customer service with a passion. Last week was rough...my bramblebox was beaten up by fed x and stuff broken. I took some pics and called BB and blam it was being handled without the pics which I sent on to the rep. No hassles and wonderful...I would have gladly paid to ship the replacement stuff but it was never an issue. WSP has ticked me off and are refunding 3.92 to my card for the unshipped lids.

Coolah I received no 2 oz lids which makes me even angrier. The invoice shows the wrong lids but no lids were packed.

Chargeback? Not familiar with that term?

Sudsy I have ordered from them in the past with no issue but I judge a company on how they handle a issue or problem and WSP just failed with me. So BB can have that few hundred dollars more each month because they are reliable and take care of their customers.

I'm totally with you! I used to feel kinda bad in case there was a communication problem of something, but now I feel that if they aren't willing to take care of their customers then they don't deserve to keep them.

They have the WORST customer service!! They sent me an incorrect item and wanted me to pay for return shipping, plus the shipping on the correct item. I've not ordered from the since, and I don't plan to order from them ever again.

The 2 and 4oz bars from BB are quite nice, I use them for my colourants and salves.

Well I must be honest...the supervisor just called and stated she has misunderstood the situation when the rep told her so she is sending me out 24 lids today and sending the 58/400s instead of the 48/400s on my invoice. My faith is restored....whew. that makes me feel 100 times better because I love these jars.

Hooray! I'm glad they decided to make it right. Have fun with your jars and lids!
