Teach Soap

Hello every one :O)
Yesterday was my first time using fragrance oils, my throat was burning even tho I had the windows open and a fan on. Today I am having a hard time to breath. I am coughing up green phlegm. I really hope this is nothing more than just a cold.
ARE THERE DANGERS WORKING WITH FRAGRANCE OILS?

I know some people are very sensitive to scents and if you are one of them, you could have respiratory issues. I don't think it would cause the green phlegm, though, so you might be getting a cold or bronchitis.

Some fragrances can irritate some people. I suggest that you buy a respirator.

I am starting to have a problem with any FO that has a hint of cinnamon. Although I have to ask, might you have accidently inhaled some of the vapors from the lye water?

Green phlegm is indicative of bacterial infection (usually, sometimes viral too) in the bronchi, trachea, or sinuses. I've had one FO that caused burning in my airway, shortness of breath, and a bad cough for a couple of hours, it COULD cause clear phlegm production if the irritation is strong enough, but not green.
