I got my brambleboxes today too! I'm so excited! I got stuff to add new flavors to my lip balms, also to add a vegan lip balm. Different Xmas FO's for my whipped shea butters. I am going to be making a cranberry chutney, sleigh ride, and a pumpkin cheesecake ( pumpkin spice fo and cream cheese frosting fo a big seller). I also got stuff to make new shampoo bars for the hubby (with hemp oil!) and some pistachio butter for myself to play with! Oh the possibities of what I can add it to. Plus, I needed a summer pick me up so I got some Coconut Cybilla and it smells amazing!

My Bramblebox arrived today and it was a sad story but wow did Brambleberry take care of me....

The plastic jar of fine glitter was broken badly and it punctured my bottles of sodium lactate and peach kernal oil and ruined my small jojoba beads. Not to mention I was one bottle short of Sweet Almond Oil and 2 lbs short of Shea Butter. So I took pics and called BB...rachel answered and is wonderful! I told her what happened and she immediately printed out a packing list for the replacement and missing items. I did not know my jojoba beads were ruined until after I spoke to her and I called back and left a message and within an hour I had a call back and that was being taken care of too.

I have never had a problem with BB's orders and always order 98% of my supplies from them and shall continue to....I love a company that takes care of their customers.

Here is one of the pics I took of the plastic jar that caused the havoc in my box.....



Fed X had to really smack the tar out of that box to break that plastic jar and puncture two bottles of oil. But the points on the breaks are sharp enough to go through the box. I did save about 6-7 ounces of sodium lactate (which has a wee bit of glitter in it) and I saved about a teaspoon of glitter from the corner of the box.

/sigh My BB boxes wont be here till the middle of next week. I got a new cutter coming in so I am pretty stoked about that

I bought a few heavy duty plastic molds and restocked oils and MP bases, some SLS to try out in bath bombs, beeswax for soap possibly, and a new stamp squeeee!! Also Red Apple FO (yummm) and MOAR GINGERSNAP!!! I am really liking the Vetyver fragrance sample I got too. I've bought Vetyver FOs from other suppliers before, but this one is nicer methinks.

I am a typical American I guess, I hate the wait. I sit here and track my package all the way to the door. LOL although if I dont I run the risk of the Fedex guy just tossing is over the gate instead of delivering to my Mom's next door. (I have to keep my gate locked to keep people off the property that were not invited)

Holy cow! Glad to know they handle our packages with care I stepped on one of those jars (I'm a BIG lady) and it didn't even crack! BB is extra awesome!

I too had a problem with Fed Ex delivering my package a few months ago. Only 50miles away from me, butter fingers at the depot must have dropped from a 4ft building!. As always Customer Service at BB is awesome..Package #2 came a week later, and once again, package was broken..aagghhh!!! Bad Karma or what? Luckily 3rd package came safe and sound..

Cetawin, I'm so happy BB is taking good care of you but sorry for the disappointment/delay.

Sudsalot, now that's bad luck! *crosses fingers* The worst trouble I've had is small amount of leaking oil.

My Bramble Box should be here sometime this week but I didn't buy any fun stuff to play with. Darn, being practical isn't near as much fun! On the bright side, this weekend my parents told me they want to buy me something to do with soaping for Christmas and decided on a multibar cutter! Yay!
