Wow, I wonder if it's a soaper thing to hate malls (*cough called shopping centres in backwards land* cough*) and shopping in general. I always just thought I was very UNgirly.

Give me a good soap supply or FO website and bye bye savings account though.

I hate malls but I love shopping. Not always buying, but I do love to look. I don't like crowds either, strangers touching me really bothers me for some reason!

As for lush, my sister got me some bath bombs from there for my birthday a few years ago, and I still have most of them! Holy over-scented! Mine are sooo much better, and my sister agrees!

I'm with you Hestey, at the mall there is no such thing a personal space and the people are just plain rude. And like you I like my stuff much better than anything I ever bought at the store. I just hate the comparisions and the push that people think I want to be the next Lush..and maybe that isnt such a bad thing, but for now its just me in my kitchen and I like it that way.

I hate malls and don't like shopping in general. It kills me to have to pay $24 for a pair of khaki pants for an office dinner at the governors mansion, yet I have no problem dropping $60 for bike tires, $300 for car tires (ok that hurt but I needed them) or $100 for a good pair of running shoes. I can see the soaps being in those categories LOL.

I also had never heard of Lush until I started hanging out here. The only other time I heard it mentioned was at my first market this past weekend. Someone picked up one of my bath bombs and said, "Oh, just like they have at Lush!" My reply, "Except better!" She bought 5 of them. So apparently she must not have much loyalty to Lush.

Hello fellow Tennessee'ans...lol...I'm in Gatlinburg, and funny enough, my fledgling business started because my hubby bought me a lush gift card for Christmas...I had never heard of it, but I dug it...though NOT the prices. I'm vreative and thought, "Why not make all this stuff on my own?" So I am....although I'd like to know how their bombs float and swirl, and their bath melts stay hard *sigh* I'm getting there...any input would be greatly appreciated!!

I like shopping at malls but I haven't bought anything in the realm of bath and beauty stuff in years. I'll pop into a Lush or a Bath & Body Works just to smell what they have. Sometimes I find a scent I like and go home and make something of my own with it.

My favorite body splash from back in the day was Red Currant and Black tea from B&BW. I was so disappointed when it got discontinued years ago. But Rustic Escentuals Black Currant Tea scent is almost exactly like it! Except better!
