Teach Soap

Has anyone tried Cranberry Fig FO.. Did yours have a very strong pine scent? Mine
Smells like Christmas trees! Not cranberry or fig. I am very disappointed.

I'm curious the replies. That is one of the FO's in my order that I placed today because it sounds like one I will like. I don't know if I will like it if it smells like Christmas Trees.

I purchased it from Bramble Berry. It smelled much different when I received it, light with a hint of pine. Once I incorporated it into my soap...total pine. Is this unusual?

I have this FO & just went & smelt a bar, very soft,sweet subtle kind of fragrance, no hint of pine!

Then smelt my 2 bottles of FO, 1 has a little left in it & has been opened for about 6 months, the other just arrived fresh from BB this week. No hint of pine in either, the new bottle smells a little sweeter, fruitier if anything. Hope this helps a little

I've ordered and CP soaped BB's Cranberry Fig twice now and still have some soaps and FO left over, and I've never experienced any whiff of pine. Did you have someone else smell it also? Otherwise....I dunno, maybe you got the wrong fragrance, cuz it smells nothing like pine at all haha.

Nope..it's was cranberry fig....should I contact them?

Bummer! Cranberry Fig doesn't smell of pine at all for me either.

No, I love it, no pine for me either, I've used it regularly for years. I would email customer service as you perhaps had a mislabelled bottle?

I emailed BB. They told me I had to send a sample on a piece of paper in the mail. If they agreed
That it is the not the correct scent, they would send me a label to return it to them at not cost.
I think they presumed that I did not like the scent....that was not the case. Seems like a lot of trouble on my end..oh well....I wish they would have taken my word...I would not have contacted them if I didn't have a problem.

Is was fine no issues. Just the fragrance confusion which Bramble Berry kindly took care of.
