I placed a couple orders with OTS in the last two months. Mostly because I needed Amaretto and China Rain, neither of which BB currently sells. The first order arrived complete in 8 days, ok considering the time of year. The second order I placed took 15 days! It was for 4 oz of two fragrances I wanted to try and 8 oz of corn mint eo. The problem was they sent a 4 oz size of corn mint and not the 8 oz size I ordered. That was a week ago. I have sent two emails, no response, and a phone message today.
Anyone else experience this with Oregon Trail? I am a little frustrated that they do not have the courtesy to reply.
This is the first orders I have placed with them and I am thinkin I need to find another source for Amaretto, China Rain and Corn Mint EO. Any suggestions?

Susan @ Oregon Trails is a one woman show. Can you do a chargeback with your credit card or file a complaint with PP? Obviously you did not get what you ordered.

Soapbuddy, what is pp? i did look up OTS on the Better Business website and it has a "F" rating. Now that you tell me that it is a one person show that does explain things more and I will know better then to order when I need items within a week.

I paid with my debit card so I will go to the bank tomorrow and find out what my options are.

Update, I tried one last time to make a phone call before taking care of this myself and actually talked with her. Seems like a nice enough person and I received the additional item yesterday, no note inside. Never did hear from or receive an email reply regarding this situation. Go figure.

I can understand your frustration. Had similar experience with Bulk Apothocary. Ordered 10/4, called to find out where it was 10/15 -- they charged me but forgot to send it. They send the order with a gift, but no note and not the complete order. I call again. They said that they had just started shipping lye, had some Hazmet issues, was back ordered and it would go out that day. Not true. It went out the day before I was supposed to receive it. Just got it Friday. No note. No manifest. No nothing. But at least I finally got it.

I'm glad you finally got your lye, Jill. Sounds like OTS is just too much trouble. It makes me appreciate BB even more!

OT has some fragrances that I really like, especially Red Tulips. They are located about 60 miles from me and I like to keep my dollars in-state, so I do business with them. However, they have been terribly hit and miss, awful about returning calls and awful about returning emails. Sometimes I get my order next day, sometimes it takes 2 weeks! I HATE it when I find a fragrance that I think I can't live without and then have to deal with this kind of crap. If the lady is that busy, she needs to hire a high school kid for a few hours a day.
