Teach Soap

Hello all!

I've recently been considering partnering with a fellow soaper in order to generate some real business growth. As those who sell will know, small businesses that do their own manufacturing are almost impossible to run alone. You are the labor, book-keeper, marketing exec, webmaster, purchasing agent, credit analyst, customer service department... what one person has enough time to do all of that? It's tough enough to stay afloat, let alone grow!

If there are any soapers in the south Seattle/Tacoma area who have a bit of experience and love to make soap, I can bring all the rest to the table. I love the business side of things, and am just limited by the time it takes to actually produce product. We already have an established brand, the recipes, the licenses, the website, promising connections for wholesaling, a small studio, and some great software! I've tried hiring a couple of trainees in the past, but that situation doesn't really work out very well. It takes quite a bit of time to impart the necessary knowledge and usually a trainee isn't in it for the long haul. I'm hoping to find someone who can see themselves really diving into this head-first with me.
