Unmolded my BB Woodland Elves today (another FO test batch)
This FO behaved very well. I only used 1.25 oz FO to 2.25 lbs soap. It is a nice scent that stays well in CP. I used coral, peach, aqua and opalescent green micas. I must resize pic sorry.

Momsoap - very nice! I like the oval soap, too.

Shaving soap rebatched...Chocolate Coffee with some added Shea Butter





I have no idea what is on today's soaping menu but there will something going here in a bit. I have to rebatch the Apple Cinnamon from the other day's fiasco so that is happening for sure.

Cetawin, I KNOW you said it was chocolate coffee with shea butter, but when I saw the pic, it said "Oreo Cookie" to me!

Great work, Sudsalot! Your hanger swirl turned out great and the colors are good too. Your beer soap looks good too.

Cetawin, pretty soap. I love the colors you chose! My Woodland Elves accelerated on me a little in the small batch, alot in the larger batch.

All the newest posts of soaps are fantastic! I love seeing them. Y'all do such good work.

I am glad that my tutorial was able to help some of you. From my understanding Photobucket will be changing the way you do this. I will try to get to it soon and see if I can see what is different and then post another, up to date, tutorial.

Linda, it accelerated on me a little in the test batch but Managed. I actually added it at the barest trace which helped.


I used my samples of Moonlit Pomegranate and tried a Canola, Coconut, Palm and Avocado Oil with Coconut Milk recipe...we will see if I get DOS on this. I have heard Canola Oil is notorious for it. I had a oops moment while pouring so I did not get to technical or concerned with the swirl in the end...I will see how looks cut tonight.

Jero that pink and gray one is sooooo intriguing. It looks like marble in marble. I like it. The one with just a bit of brown drifting through makes me think I'll get a wiff of something delicious -- like a Bailey's and coffee or a mocha fudge. What FO did you use? What's the pure white one?
