Okay - now on to my nexty challenge. I want to make a peaches & cream re-batch. I want to be able to swirl (good luck on that one - :? ) Peach through the Cream portion. Now here's my challenge - how much puree peach do I add to the re-batch? I expect that with the "cream" portion I can just use my powdered milk perhaps in a stronger consistancy? And one more question (hopefully) how can I expect the Peach to react to my re-batch? Is it going to get totally weird here on me?

If you add peach puree to a rebatch, it will mold very quickly.
