How much rebatch soap do I melt to fill a 2.5 LB loaf mold?

I'm still having trouble with this.

Wouldn't I just weigh out 2.5 LBs of rebatch for a 2.5 LB mold?

That's ljim1180,

I kept trying to use a formula & I ended up with too little.

2.5 lbs of soap = 2.5 lbs soap give a little for liquid added.

Since it's a rebatch that has already been made, if it's a 2.5 lb. mold add 2.5 lbs. of soap. Rebatched soap needs very little if any water (if it's fresh), so you should be ok.
