Teach Soap

I have two of the slab molds from Brambleberry (the 9-bar & 36 bar) http://www.brambleberry.com/36-Bar-Unfi ... P5167.aspx. I love these molds particularly since I make swirled soap. The finished bar size is roughly 2 x 3 x 1 1/4 (and up depending on batch size). The problem I face is that I cannot find soap boxes that fit this size bar. They are all too shallow. I would prefer a paper/cardboard box but I'm willing to consider other options too. I bought 200 of these and they are too small http://www.tealightboxes.com/category_s/5.htm I need a product that isn't too expensive as my business just can't absorb high packaging costs. Does anyone have any thoughts or suggestions?

I asked this same question to BB's customer service but I though I might get some ideas here too.

Have you looked at Papermart? I use them for a lot of my packaging.

If you still can't find anything, I might suggest switching to a breathable bag so dimensions don't have to be so specific.

Wow--who knew there were so many kinds of boxes? Thanks for the link. I'm looking through their site to see it they have anything that will fit. I hope so.

I ordered some samples from Bayleys Boxes. They have a huge selection of sizes and colors. The boxes I got are really nice, but very pricy! I would order some if I was giving soap gifts, but not for everyday soap packaging. They're about 75 cents each.

Bailey's is out of my price range although they do have a very nice selection. I ordered boxes from Sunshine Container last month but these are the ones that are a hair too small for bars. I'm hoping I can find something from Paper Mart but they don't offer samples and the smallest order on the one I think might possibly work is 500 pieces. Granted they are only 7 cents a piece but I don't know what I'd do with 500 boxes if I decide they aren't right for me. I already have 200 boxes from Sunshine Container that are too small.

Hopefully, I will hear something from BB.
