I have heard butcher paper, plastic wrap and wax paper-any opinions? and is it hard to get your loaf out of a wood mold that doesn't have removable sides?

I use a white trash bag and bevel to make the soaps smooth.

I use wax paper and I gel mine. I have not had any problems as of yet. I don't stick it in the oven though. I couldn't find freezer paper anywhere around here.
