After my overheating fiasco I was skeptical if I would be able to make anything with this FO. I tried again and it seems to have worked. Knock on wood. I made it exactly the same as before, with the exception of adding some TD and putting that baby straight in the freezer sans lid. Here's what it looks like 24 hours later:


A few observations: there is one part that looks like it will have a wee bit of oil on top but insignificant overall, even with starting at a very light trace the batter still got a "grainy" quality, presumably from the FO since the same recipe with different FOs does not do this. I like the lighter colors that come from being in the freezer. The contrast is better.

I like the colors in this batch. Very pretty. I hope it works out for you.

I want to smell all the soaps! I have said it before...it is by the scent that someone will choose a soap when I have a varity for them to choose from.

It is amazing what a fragrance oil can do to a recipe. And then try mixing FO's. Some just do not play nice together. That is why it is good to keep notes. Have you tried this fragrance in a different recipe?
I like your swirls and the colors you selected.
