When using butters such as shae, mango and ect. Do you melt them for your recipes before you measure them on your scales or not? Same questions for Beeswax. If you weigh it unmelted do you lay plastic wrap on your scales (I'm using postal scales) and just put it on it and weigh out how much you need? Still new at all this :oops: and learning. I don't melt beforehand either. If it's a smaller amount I tare the plastic bowl, that add whatever ingredient I'm working with.
