I see ya'll are nothing but a bunch of ENABLERS!! I THOUGHT I knew what I wanted to do here...but hmmm...maybe I need a day or 2 longer to decide....

Funny, I never thought soap scents would be as hard to pick as which baby goats to keep But it is EXACTLY the same...I always want them ALL and take ages to decide on a few!

Sooooo.....vanilla oak huh? Sounds like a potential winner....but then maybe I WILL go with a sample kit.....this is so hard....

Tell me...is there enough oil on each sample to get like one smallish, maybe 4lb-ish, sized batch of soap out of? So far that's the size my little recipe comes to is 4lbs or maybe 5....I dunno...in the mixing pot it LOOKS like a TINY little bit and in the mold it looks AND weighs like a ton LOL....I don't want to go changing up the basics I am rocking here just yet...it seems like soap and thus I want it to stay that way....but would a tester size be enough for that?

So much to learn...and so much to do in the mean time....

You could make a 4 or 5 lb. batch, divy it up at a light trace into 4 to 8 oz. size cups to which you have added the fragrance to already. Just mix well in the cup, then pour into single mold. Or if it's a paper cup, leave the soap in it, then tear off the paper when the soap hardens.

You mean I can let it do it's thing in a paper cup? Like paper paper? REALLY? Or do you mean like Toby Keith Red Solo cup style cups? I could just see me now...singing that song and stirring up soap in the kitchen...

Don't pour your scents directly into plastic cups. They will melt right through and leak your lovely fragrances all over the counter.
