 Post subject: Rubbing alcohol question

Okay, I love reading everyone's tips and learning so much but I have some questions now. When people say they use rubbing alcohol for the soaps to prevent ash, some say they use 95% or some say 91%....is this how the rubbing alcohol is when they purchase it or are they diluting it with water to get that percentage? Sorry, for my ignorance - I haven't looked at the rubbing alcohol in the stores yet. Is this also the same as isopropyl alcohol? I'll put my other question in a different subject since its not related.

Yes, it is isopropyl alcohol. The exact % doesn't matter.

No diluting. Just don't use the 50%, it won't work. I use 91% and it works well, but I know some others have found 95 and 99 to use also.
