My previous hanger swirl attempts have come up short but I'm pretty happy with this one. It was not ready to unmold much less cut but I couldn't wait!!!

I didn't get quite enough TD in the yellow part to get good contrast but I'm loving my new Dreamsicle soap.

Linda, That is a very good job on the hanger swirl. Your oils seem to be dancing with each other! Sometimes a subtle shading in colors is a benifit.

Lovely!
After two attempts I have made,I still haven't achieved so pretty swirls with a hanger. My f.os caused setting up,so I lost emulsion that I needed.
Still trying to find right f.o.which is not easy,cos I have so many f.o.samples to try out.
Jealous!

Thanks all! I still can't believe it turned out. It is scented with 10x Orange and Balsam Peru eo's. I gave up trying to make a tad of Vanilla Select work and still get vibrant colors. The scent makes me smile.

I love the subtle shades of orange. So nice! I've not been able to do that swirl-----congrats on a beautiful looking (and smelling!) soap :).

Very nice swirl. It really does remind me of a creamsicle. The white is a perfect match for the vanilla in the ice cream.

The funny thing is I didn't realize it was anything different when I got it. It didn't take long to discover it was great for making "vertical" layers and just keep experimenting. My husband made me a couple of tall 10 lb molds that I just love. Now Heather if you want to trade your soaping studio for a couple of vertical molds..... :lol: :lol:
