Well i cut my soap yesterday and its the smoothestrebatch ive done so far! Will be stickblending the rebatch from now on. Once again thanks for the tip!

Ok I tried the in the pot swirling on this rebatch and this is what I got. something different at least i know i can do more than just layer my rebatches!

That is some nice french milled soap (fancy-ese for rebatch!). Once I get my big shiny crock pot from Canada I'm going to have to try this!

Then how is this done by hand? The company we get lavender soap from has been "french milling" their soap since the 1700s. Maybe there are multiple definitions :?

Edit: must be more than one definition... even A.M. calls rebatch triple milled or french milled in her rebatch video description. :mrgreen:

I think the stuff we get from France goes through 3 sets of rollers? Not 100% sure, it says on the package but that, like everything, is in Canada still. Not sure if they remove any glycerin or anything though.
