I don't know for certain, but I would think that you would add up the total weight of all the ingredients and mutliply by .01. The answer should be the amount of FO/EO to use. I don't have a lot of experience, but it seems to me that it would be easier to make the batch larger than just 1 ounce at a time, since a scale would have to be very sensitive/accurate to measure .01 of an ounce (although maybe you do have a scale like that......the one I have is a good scale, just not precise to that degree). Let us know what you find out.....I'm sure I can learn from this!
