I used the Lot's of Lather recipe (equal parts olive, palm, and coconut with a little castor) cut in half, superfatted at 5%. I added about 3T oat flour at light trace, Oatmeal/Milk/Honey fragrance, and 2T warmed honey (probably to much honey). In hindsight, I think the honey was too hot when I heated it and I was mixing too hot at 125-130. I covered it with saran wrap and insulated it for only about 45 minutes. It gelled immediately, and I left it only covered with wrap from that point. Oils started to bubble on top but have mostly sunk back in for the most part. But the soap is 2 toned - lighter on edges and carmel colored in middle. Was afraid it was liquid in middle but it came out fine and solid. No cracks on top. Just very oily. Is there hope for this batch once it sits for 4 weeks, or should I rebatch? It's been about 20 hrs. Just unfolded it.

Thanks!!

Welcome! That sounds like a partial gel to me. Never heat up your honey, but dilute in some room temp water instead.
I would leave it be for now and check it in a couple of days.

I made 100% coconut oil the other day and added just honey. Mine acted very similar to yours with the oils coming up and the two-toned color. It was pretty oily when I cut it, but the oil did re-absorb into the soap after a few days. And the color evened out a bit also (not totally, but somewhat). I'd wait and see what you think after a few more days. Maybe it just needs a bit of time.
