Does this from their site scare anyone else?

Wow, those are such obviously incorrect claims though. The company should have known better than to put that stuff, that isn't even questionable that it is false.
I don't feel safe making any claims really b/c of things like this. All I feel comfortable saying is that my lotion feels good, end of story.
Wonder what the punishment is. They just have to fix it or else?

It doesn't quite seem fair that you can make all the wild and crazy claims that you want and when you do get caught you just get a warning.
I guess makes me not as worried for my own sake, that the worst that could happen if I label something wrong accidentally is get a warning and then fix it. I figured they would fine you right away.

I think they should fine people who are making claims that could cause harm to people, like the above mentioned. Something like "moisturizing" where it shouldn't be should get a warning.

I am glad to see that the FDA is out there! I wonder how large of a company this was. I think they should have to contact all of their customers and recind the claims.
