after you melt palm oil, if you do not use it all, do you keep it at room temperature or refrigerate? i kept it at room temp and it did not harden up again...is it still good/? It's 7 lbs.

it's in the nature of the hydrogenated to get hard. Hydrogenated is mainly applied in the food industry.

My palm has stayed liquid due to the high temperatures we are having. In the winter, it will be solid again. :lol:

Mine is non-hydrogenated, regular everyday palm oil. The house is kept at 70*F and the palm oil is always runny, not fully melted, but definitely not hard either! I've not tried the hydrogenated palm.
