I keep seeing when you need to anchor citrus EO's in CP soap but was wondering if that was true in rebatch soap as well.

I do. Citrus eo's tend to fade no matter what, so I like to anchor them in CP, HP, MP, rebatch, etc.

Regular citrus can and will fade in CP or HP. You need an anchor like Patchouli, Litsea or Vetiver.

what would be the best way to anchor it? with a clay or another EO. I will be coloring some of them with clays.

If you're already using clay, then you can anchor it in that.

How do you go about anchoring it in clay? Do you mix it with the clay then add to the soap? Also could cinnamon, clove, peppermint, or spearmint be used to anchor?

Cinnamon, clove, peppermint or spearmint don't need an anchor. Be careful with those and use them in small amounts. They can be irritating.

I meant using them as an anchor for citrus scents. I planed on doing an orange spice and a citrus mint soap

Litsea is a good anchor, and it is a citrus scent too! I used it with an orange EO and after about 2 months it still smells wonderful!

Do you need an anchor with a 10 fold orange?
