Teach Soap

Finally got to test my very first batch of CP, I actually also rebatched the mess I made getting it out of the mold.
I liked it, lots of bubbles, rinsed off nicely and when my hands where totally dry it left a really nice feel on my hands...I can only imagine its the conditioning properties of my chosen oils. The soap I have been getting at my local natural store doesn't feel the same at all(in a bad way), hmmm!

All in all, awesome first recipe....can't wait to try my other 3 different recipes!

Thanks, it was pretty exciting....now to try the others after the waiting game

I have ideas but don't want to get carried away making batches just yet, trying to figure out a 'recipe' to use for most my things...plus I don't have a lot or room for curing

Now that's great family! I tried to hint to my family that I wanted soaping stuff for my birthday but they thought that wouldn't be a fun gift. It's true that the soaping addiction can take up lots of time and money but it's interesting and sooo much fun. Right now I'm drooling over soap cutters like the Tank that soapbuddy linked in another thread. It's way over my budget but I can dream.

Ohhhh I have a B-Day coming July 3!!! My husband doesn't very often get what I suggest cause he likes to surprise me though! Think I asked him for 4 years for a certificate to my local spa..finally got one for Mothers Day this year for a body scrub and oh man was that worth waiting for!

Well, if it took 4 years for the spa gift, you should start asking\hinting now that you want certain soapmaking items or certificates.
