Teach Soap

Hi,hi, I've learnt that lesson recently!

I've seen some pictures of beautiful soap with honey by a soap master,with the same (or alike) spots. I felt a bit relieved, suppose it's honey that caused them show up.

The next day I repeated recipe,but without honey (this was with coconut milk) and even I insulated soap, (which I shouldn't have) nothing weird came up.
(by the way coconut milk with lye had developed such an awful odour,that kept all the way thru 2 next days).

Milk soaps will often have an ammonia-type odor, but it usually goes away within a few days.

I know the voices in my head aren't real, but they sure have some great ideas!

I actually had a couple soap batches with honey that developed amber spots in them. I zap tested over them and it was honey! Turns out I can't quite use the maximum amount recommended without these honey spots precipitating out. After reducing how much I use, there haven't been anymore honey spots. On the other hand, I've had a couple batches get spots like that but only at the boundary of a layer or near the surface. Definitely not lye but air bubbles is my guess. The weird thing is I'm careful about burping my stick blender.
