I have non-hydrogenated palm shortening. I'm thinking it won't calculate like vegetable shortening or palm oil. Does anyone use this oil in recipes?

I would use the SAP of palm oil.

Thanks. I found something else that said the same thing. I'm glad. I can try my first small batch as soon as I get lye and a scale
