I agree. I can honestly say that I have never had bad customer service from BB and they're awesome at answering questions

I don't get to deal with BB directly, but I do get their products through our Australian distributor and LOVE them!!

I totally agree with u.
I've never bought anything from BB because of the shipment and customs costs to Germany and of course the whole Theater with ingredients coming from non-EU countries which need extra certification but recently I ordered some e-books from BB . Fortunately you don't have to ship e-books. I was apparently too silly to put a correct order and had a problem with downloading books. In a couple of hours (regarding the time zone), Tina responded to my mail and help me download the books fool-proff.
She is really helpful and great.

Getting samples (and how giddy it was to receive them) actually prompted me to adopt a similar thing with any orders I send out - I pop in a little sample! Usually just my overpours and such, but customers don't know that. :wink:
