Well I decided I'm going to make soap I am going to start with a super simple recipie. Right now I'm making sure I have everything. I have found all the stuff I need except a soap mold I know I can use anything but I have the money and I would like a mold to make hotel or travel size soaps for when I go camping a small mini loaf is fine I can cut it, does anybody have a mold like this? Where did you get it?

What ingredients can I use to make soap that has virtually infinate storage life.

A small milk carton(s) should work fine for your first soap. You just peel away the carton once the soap goes through gel and hardens up. You can cut soap to any size you like, including sample or camping bars. There are no oils that have virtually infinate storage life. Olive oil has a long shelf life and so does coconut. I would make a 2 lb. batch with a 7% superfat. If you use grams instead of ounces, you will get better accuracy.
