Teach Soap

I've been looking around for a good SLS-free soap base. Seems like every one I find costs an arm and a leg! Currently I'm spending $3/lbs on soap, and I'd like to stay at that price point if I can (especially if I have to pay for shipping). I've looked at BB's natural soap base, but it's kind of spendy and then I'd have to pay for shipping too. I usually buy about 20 lbs at a go, so that would be ok with me.

I've checked out a few places online last week and it looks like the price for SLS-free MP soap base went up almost everywhere. I have not seen $3/lb. for a while now. I would contact BRambleBerry and see if they would be willing to ship your order via USPS flat rate box.

Hi, AriaGirl. Bramble Berry's bulk bases contain SLS, but the regular BB bases do not. Check out their regular bases here: http://www.brambleberry.com/Bramble-Ber ... s-C11.aspx

The white and clear bases are under $3/lb., and several of their other bases are less than $3/lb. if you buy 10 lbs. or more.

Their SFIC bases are reasonably priced. The regular white base is $2.50/lb for 36 pounds. In one pound quantities, it's $3.01/lb.
They have a huge selection of bases.

Don't know where you live, but their shipping is the most reasonable i've found for those of us east of the Mississippi (and very speedy). They are located in Georgia.

For me, in NYC, that 36 pounds of SFIC white, comes out to about $3.15, including shipping.
