I think the dino idea is fun! Some boys are just crazy for dinosaurs. Also fun that they get to be an archeologist and "discover" toy dinos inside! Brilliant idea!

Depending on age of the boys - what about trains? Took me a while to find this mold in my cabinet, but I did a bunch of these as favors for a party for 5 year-old boys last year. They loved them. They are full-size soaps, too (about 4 oz). Mold has 9 different "cars" -- all different. I do them with clear soap, no fragrance, lab colors.

Also, depending on their ages, I do owls for both boys and girls as favors (I have an order for 60 for next weekend for a Harry Potter theme for girls).

Coolah, I just re-read your original post - you said you tried trains. Thought this one might be different :)

There's also a Milky Way mold with two spaceships - cute.
