30% coconut would be drying for me. I would drop that to 20% and reformulate.

Could I suggest you take a few moments to update your website? It doesn't take long. You have it on there that you offer custom soaps as per customer requests (rephrased), however what if that customer requested a soap with Shea Butter or other ingredient you haven't used before? I think it would be best to only list soaps you are practiced at making before you offer customs...

Perhaps I am way behind the times here but looking at ingredients I have a question.

Ingredients : Palm Oil (Elaeis guineensis), Coconut Oil (Cocons nucifera), Soybean Oil (Glycine Max Oil), Olive Oil (Olea europaea), Fragrance, Red Oxide (for color), Sodium Hydroxide (lye), and Water

What is Glycine Max Oil what are it's properties and where do I buy it. Will it increase sales?

I haven't found glycine max, but pure soybean oil is Glycine Soja.

Are there laws about playing fast and loose with ingredients? Like would that be FDA or something?
