Teach Soap

I just signed up for a two BIG 4-day fairs later this summer. Has anyone done big fairs and if so, how much bar soap, liquid soap, lotion, body sprays, solid perfume body bars, etc. should I make for each day? I have an online store as well, so I need to start producing extra now

How many vendors do they have? How many people do they expect? How well was it advertised? Is this a well established venue? How big is your booth? Will you be going back home at night or will you be staying there the whole time?

It's a very well established fair (135 years), not sure but I would say that thousands of people/day go through this fair (it's one of the biggest in our state), I may stay over night 1 or 2 nights (I live 45 minutes away), my booth will be 10 x 10 and inside.

I usually get assigned a 10 x 10 as well. If you have 2 tables and put them in a "L" shape and have vertical displays, you should be able to fit 50 bar soaps, a couple of dozen liquid soap, a couple of dozen lotions, body sprays (what size?), and 36 to 48 solid perfume body bars between the two tables. Keep at least that much extra in crates under the table.

Since you already sell online, you probably already have best sellers. Bring extra of those. I normally bring a cooler with food and also for any products that could soften or melt in warm weather.
