Well here is a soap I made last week! It has a large amount of shea butter into a standard cp recipe.

This soap has an INS of 145 and includes SLC and 38% water with 34 % olive oil as well as other soft and hard oils.

I fragranced this soap at .9 oz PPO's.

A week old before I cut it today as it was so soft. Here are two photos of the soap. The outside feels greasy although that seems to be changing with time.

The inside cut margins seem to be wet. This isn't lye heavy soap no zap.

Any ideas what went wrong? This was a non gel soap.

Could it be that the FO is leaking out or did not get fully incorporated? Have you used the FO before and at that same rate?

If it doesn't zap, it could be the fragrance. Are you sure you mixed everything properly? Did you use a whisk or a stick blender? Is the fragrance soap-safe? How much did you superfat?

Sugar scrub would be a good idea. Is it possible that you used too much fragrance? I rarely use 0.9 oz. per lb. of soap, unless the fragrance is very weak. I normally add the fragrance to the melted oil and whiz it with the stick blender. It's possible that since you hand stirred the fragrance, not all of it got mixed in.

Quite possibly it's the unsaponifiables in the shea.
0.9 oz = 5.6% FO, I routinely use 5% FO so I doubt that the FO caused it entirely. Possibly a combination of the two.

It the leaking "oil" water soluble? I've had my soap seep glycerin, it looked like in your pictures. It was also full of shea!

Hestey's got a good point there. I've found myself that if I use a lot of shea (I have the class A unrefined) the soap comes out noticeably softer, and with a film of liquid that gets reabsorbed over time (takes a couple or three weeks). It ends up really luxurious though. If I were going to do a soap-based shampoo I'd want a huge amount of shea in it.
