Hello all!

What NAICS code is everone using? I need one for my sales tax ID. I'm doing M&P, lotions, scrubs, parfaits.

I have no idea. I've never heard of this and I have been in business for many years. Have you checked out your local city hall or chamber of commerce?

For sales tax number, I have used either my SS# or a TIN# (Taxpayer Identification Number) which you can get for free. http://www.irs.gov/businesses/small/int ... 96,00.html

you need to use your SSN to get and EIN.

The code is just the classification code for your type of business, that you will need to enter out when you fill out your application for EIN form. You can do it online at the IRS website, through a wizard that asks you all the questions. The EIN number is for tax reporting purposes, the NAICS code is just for classification.
