What do you use as a preservative in sugarscrubs? One that is paraben free..

Is there one?

I would try Optiphen Plus. Make sure you get it tested before you sell since it works for bacteria & yeast, but mold not so much. I suggest to my customers that they use a scoop, but they still put damp fingers right into the jar which creates a breeding ground for germs to grow.
