Teach Soap

It was 'Ultramarine Blue' that I used for that second soap. That's all I know lol. Still learning my dye colours.



Goat's Milk Soap with Choc-Mint. Mmmmmm. Can you see the pictures in the soap? It's like cloud watching... but soap watching!!

Bottom left to right...
1) A dinosaur rampaging with one leg up ready to stomp.

2) At first I thought a blimp, but then I noticed at the bottom it looks like steam or seaweed. Now I see a submarine going to inspect an open fissure on the ocean floor.

3) A silly little gnome fishing on a dock somewhere and a massive fish leaping out of the water to eat him!

Actually, I believe that's not a fish. From the shape of the fin I do believe that is an orca whale, which is a mammal, not a fish.

Salt bars scented with "Salty Mariner" but renamed by a friend/tester to "Mermaid Tears". The mold works perfectly for salt bars. It's hard like an ice cube tray so I just give it a twist and then pop them out. They came from Southern Garden Scents but I don't think they sell them anymore. I made this with 70% salt.

Coolah, your soaps are turning out fantastically! My "poop" soap was a chocolate mint with goat's milk, but I couldn't abide the smell. The chocolate fo I used morphed into something I couldn't stomach. I actually tossed them.

That's what I should have done. I mixed Chocolate Delight from Elements Bath and Body with Peppermint FO. I couldn't handle it after the saponification. It smelled good before I poured it in the mold. Now that I think about it, the goat milk "urine" smell MIGHT be the culprit, and if so, then it probably would have faded after a few days. I wish I had thought of that before chucking the whole batch.
