 Post subject: NEON colorants help!

Most suppliers nowadays carry the "neon colorants". Some i have seen are cosmetic grade, others aren't. For those that aren't cosmetic grade and the supplier sells them for soap and bath bomb making how does someone list them for health canada? I am confused, as it not cosmetic grade why are these companies selling them, and telling us we can use them for soap and bath bombs, but don't list the INCI for it. Do I just not list them for health canada. or do I write neon colorant with the suppliers information on it. PLease help!

I wondered this as well. I ordered one of this type neon from TKB but am unsure how I will eventually list it on my CP. I was considering just "neon pigment".

I would ask Health Canada. I'm sure it's listed in their rules and regs how you should (or should not) label it.
