Your swirls are very nice and concise! It takes a few days for refer soap to settle down, I wouldn't worry about it for 3 or 4 days.

Was really happy with this batch - until I cut it. The top 'swirls' dragged. The bottom part was as hard as a brick (pretty sure it gelled on me - I just left it on the bench as the top was too liquidy to move the mold), but the top section still felt a bit 'tacky' when I was cutting it. And the knife dragged the pattern a bit

Coolah very nice! If you put your soap on the side before you cut it, you won't get the smears.

Thanks! I checked this morning and the whole thing is orange. Ugh! I used 1/2 tsp ppo, so maybe I used too much. My mold doesn't hold 32 oz of oil so I probably would have been fine with just just 1/2 tsp.

Oh well, I'm sure they'll make a nice bar of soap.

Semplice, I like the look of the soap... artistic.

Coolah, Great idea and colors. Sorry about the drag. I received a large wired cheese slicer for Christmas and have fallen in love with it. Did take me one loaf to get my technique down. The only thing I wish it could do is cut the wavey pattern as well as the straight cuts.
