I just used an oval bar of Shea Butter soap in the shower and got next to no lather at all, which made shaving a little difficult. Also, was so slippery that I spent more time fumbling in the bottom of the shower than actual showering. I have a bar made with plain white base on the sink, which seems to lather ok and not really slippery that I can tell. Is it the Shea butter that's like that or is there something I'm missing here? I have an organic base and goat's milk left to try, so interested in these questions on these also. Thanks!
